for generating voice calls for timely transfer of
information to rural citizens under various beneficiary
programmes. The project integrates Data Migration, Text
To Speech in Hindi and Automatic dialing and play back
of pre-defined message to the beneficiary. Project idea is
conceived by Sh. Tanmay Kumar, Secretary, IT & C, Govt. of Rajasthan.
